Refunds will only be issued prior to delivery (within 7 days from purchase date),
NO REFUND ONCE THE MATTRESS HAS BEEN DELIVERED.
STRIPE PAYMENT FEES ON THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT WILL NOT BE RETURNED IN CASE OF A REFUND.（2.9%, ONLINE ORDER ONLY）
After delivery, If you are not comfortable within 30 days of the original mattress delivery date.Please contact us to arrange a one-time exchange (connot refund for lesser value ) there will be no refunds; the customer is responsible for paying the different on any upgrade in mattress value) ,with a exchange fee of $99.99/each mattress, extra delivery fee may apply on distance over 40kms. Mattresses must be exchanged for a mattress of the same size as original mattress purchased and must be exchanged in satisfactory condition with no damage, stains, or scuffs.
Bedding & Furniture & Boxspring :
Refunds will only be issued prior to delivery (within 7 days from purchase date).
After delivery, No refunds or exchanges on floor models, clearance items or accessories such as furniture,bed frames, box springs, mattress protectors or bedding textiles.
No returns or exchanges on custom sizes, special order mattresses, floor models.
